Preparation of an Application for Consent Orders, draft Minutes of Order and, if applicable, a Notice of Child Abuse, Family Violence or Risk

Divorce Application Pack: Joint

Initial instructions conference (up to 30 minutes)
Preparation of the Application for Divorce for joint filing
Guidance on swearing or affirming the joint affidavit
Filing of the Application with the Court
Guidance through to a divorce hearing (parties are rarely required to attend)
Confirmation of the Divorce Order once granted

Outcome: a properly prepared and jointly filed divorce application, without the cost of full representation.

Court filing fee is payable separately.
